Amanecer Community Counseling Center provides services in Anthony, Las Cruces, Santa Teresa and Chaparral, NM. Amanecer is a Community Counseling Center based on the providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. Amanecer Community Counseling Center was established in 2016 but was originally founded by Dr. Rodolfo Basurto (deceased) in 2000. The company specializes in medication management, individual and family counseling, substance abuse counseling, Behavioral Management Services (BMS) , Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS), Wraparound, and Psychological Testing.
